retarded noob i be...YAR!!! (i need help with the operation)

i got it to work, but only every once in a while. i found that it would work 50% of the time instead of never if i tapped the start button constantly during startup. is there anything i need to redo with the burning or is it just the luck of the draw for its working?

is it with dreamsnes only? sounds more like a dreamcast issue then the software
