Whats a good state to move to?

My gf and I wanna move outside of Massachusetts and so far we got three choices

NH-Our choice
Vermont-Her choice
Texas-My choice

Any suggestions?

Oooh Texas... it'll take you a while to adjust to everybody/lifestyle there, but they are very nice, laidback people. Plus it isn't humid, very nice :-D

Edit: And vermont? WTF is she thinking.... that's awful. I hear South Carolina is a nice place, I have a cousin down there and he loves it. Cheap living, very nice parts. Whatever you do stay in semi urban environments... rural areas are awful to live in.

I grew up around Philadelphia. There are some nice neighborhoods there. Charleston was the coolest American city I have been to. It seemed real safe. I also love Georgia and Atlanta. Parts of New Jersey.

New Hampshire it's like a 24 hour party here

then hit the liquor store right on the interstate
Then strait on to the great northwoods.

Again, I'm with Wagh. I spent a year down there, msotly in Augusta. Atlanta's a cool city. Everything's dirt cheap. It's awesome if you can take the humidity.

I grew up in Colorado. As long as you stay out of the major cities (Denver, CO Springs, Golden, Boulder) it's not too expensive.

I'd avoid California.

1) Youre moving out of Massachusetts. It doesnt matter where you chose, its bound to better!

2) You wont solve any problems by changing states, as being in the United States is almost certainly the problem in the first place!
