Im a newb and i need help to burn a Single Game MameDC

Im a newb and i need help to burn a Single Game MameDC

Hi, Im a newb and i really want to burn the TMNT Mame Singlegame on a cd so i can play it on the dc with my friends. But i dont understand how to do it. I know there are probably tuturials on how to do it, but i cant seem to understand them. I downloaded the Single Game TMNT, but what do i do from there? Please, if you are so kind as to tell me a step by step instructions how to do it. And if you use a term or an abbreviation, please tell me what it means. Thanks.
