Can anyone tell me what's what with these games:
http://www.sega.co.jp/dc/db/990905.html (1999)
http://www.sega.co.jp/dc/db/000504.html (2000)
http://www.sega.co.jp/dc/db/010110.html (2001)
http://www.sega.co.jp/dc/db/000803.html (2000)
Are the first and second links the same game, just with different packaging? I can see BottomUp on one and Softmax on the other.
The third link, is it a sequel to the first? (Part 2)
The fourth link then looks like an expansion courses pack, but which version does it work with? I notice the year is 2000 so presume it works with the first version, but would it still work with the later sequel? And also, do you have to have a previous version to be able to use it, or is it completely standalone?

Well, I found some info here about the second link I posted. Seems the extra courses disk will probably only work with the reissue of the first game.

There are descriptions of the other disks, but it's still a bit inconclusive.

Also makes me wonder if the extra courses disk would work with the Western TeeOff. If only the second issue of the first game supports the extra courses disk, then it's unlikely the only Western version supports the extra courses.
Anyone with a better clue than me?

I don't know if it's the best golf game on DC. I've only played PAL TeeOff, and it's very good, I like it. Excluding emulation, I think it's the only golf game released outside Japan on DC. There is another one, Nettu Golf or something, but from what I've read, the TeeOff series is better.
I have part 2 heading my way soon, and also (what I believe) is the second issue of the first release, both from eBay. I don't know how accessable they will be to me, being a non-Japanese understander, but if it's anything like PAL TeeOff, language shouldn't be a problem. If anything, it might be a better experience, because the voice acting in PAL TeeOff isn't the best, a bit sparse to say the best.

Yeah, like the Scotish character Julian that speaks with an American accent.
Why bother. I'd rather have a comedy scottish voice, like some of the ones from Worms. I loved some of the coments that cropped up in that game.
I would have prefered Tee Off to just have the Japanese voices, like Soul Calibur.
