Editing the levels.txt file...
I asked once how to save BOR games to the VMU, and someone pointed out (I think he was kungpow) that I could edit the levels.txt file to make unblockables permanent. How can I do that?

I think on the very last set on the levels.txt, you have to put a - and when you have a game to has unlockables, you can select that dash and it'll unlock all at once. But then again, if you have the txt in the first place, you can just take out the "ifcomplete 1" and repack the bor.pak and they should all be unlocked.
