Please help with aspi layer fixer

i need help the read me in the program, aspi layer fixer, doesn't tell you how to use it for windows 98 will someone please help me out

Just download aspi 4.70 from adaptec.

Its free now, and you dont have to mess with third party aspi "fixers".
