Neo4All is faster. NeoDC has some other advantages tho. Try them both on 1 disc via SBInducer:

I'd have to say neo4all is better. It runs almost every game flawlessly and seems to have better compatibility with CDDA audio. But on the other hand, there are some games that run better with NeoDC. Regardless, both are some of the most impressive emulators currently for DC.

I tried NEO4all with Magical drop 2.

For some reason the sound cuts out after the opening screen. other than that it runs good though.
