Adding mods to the BOR Collection??

Is there a way for me to add additional mods to BOR if I've downloaded the BOR collection image from that one site (the name escapes me right now)?? Thanks.

The inis just need to be changed, as well as the pvrs, which can be changed with a photoshop plugin, I think.
