First TC for HL2 is out
Eclipse is the name & now some info straight off the homepage for those that cant be bothered to go untill they know somethin about it:
'a third-person total conversion of Valve's Half Life 2 . You play as a young Sorceress named Violet whose father went missing five years back. After learning the secrets of Telekinesis, you are teleported into Auld-Haven, a lush and fertile land where Violet grew up. Your objective is to return to Violet's home where she last saw her father years ago and dig up any clues to his whereabouts. In the broken down tower of her home you discover a journal left by her father. The journal unlocks a handful of secrets that ultimately leads you on a quest to find the ancient teleportation device - the Standing Stones.'
I tried it earlier & its rather nice, odd havin only tk to throw things at enemies at first but you get used to it & maybe other weapons are in it later. Nice side bonus it'll happily load up yer HL2 maps only thing is no enemies in them, interestin to have Violet wnaderin city 17 though looks kinda odd I'd think, only tried it with Ravenholm so far

theres no-one else to blameThe Prisoner - Makes NGE's ending look almost intelligible.

The first was actually called "Plan of Attack," but I won't complain since it's another TC.

Actually, Plan of Attack is advertised as "A Strategic Half-Life 2 Modification".
Eclipse looks pretty nifty. I'll have to try it out when I get home tonight.

(Alk3 is my favorite band, but I've already seen them twice. I'm almost looking more forward to seeing Rise Against again. They put on an amazing live show.)

The 17th. I've never seen them play and they are one of my top favorite bands that aren't broken up. I missed out when Rise Against was touring w/ Tsunami Bomb (a band my wife enjoys dearly) )=Vlad Tepes wrote:Ha! What date?
