Not really a game but I had heard rumors that there was a live-action pac-man movie planned for the future. I can only hope that this rumor is false; And I can imagine how crappy it would be......

Would prolly be worse than the super mario movie of 1993, although Samantha Mathis, who played Princess Peach, was hawt!!

My crazy friend in Havre de grace, used to say that the reason there was a shortage of ps2 during their debut was cause someone found out that you could build some kind of bomb, or something out of them. I doubt anything built by Sony would last that long to do this, though.

Not really related to the topic, but interesting nonetheless.

Thier was something in the PS2 that could set off a Nearby bomb that can be remote detonated, to bad that didnt come out during the DCs life span

wasnt it sony claiming that the ps2 was powerful enough to launch an atom bomb or something but when you think about it the snes could have done that

for revolution ninty should say it will be good enough to guide a probe to mars spell out nintendo and come back home

at the end of Final Fantasy 7, after the credits, if you sit through that time warp thing long enough, the game will start off and you can play from the beging with Sephiroth instead of cloud. I sat through that time warp for almost 2 hours, the next day i punched my friend for that, and he still said it was ture and that i didnt wait long enough.

LOL yeah I heard about the 'Sexalities' too. A friend of mine told me they were secret moves in MK3

I also heard the bit about fighting against Akuma in Super Street Fighter 2 for the SNES: Beat the game without losing a single match on the hardest difficulty setting with Guile. Then play the game again but as Ryu, and when you get to Bison, lose on purpose. When you press 'continue', your next fight will be with Akuma.

I also heard some about DOA2 Limited Edition for the Dreamcast...
Access a hidden stage if you beat the game with all characters on the hardest difficulty setting.

Another DOA2LE 'secret' was an accessible bikini costume for Kasumi, and the playable nude Kasumi skin.

with a certain cheat you can see kasumi nude, ive seen pics, not very good but theres a way with a cheat device or something, i'll have to look it up..

shame she had somethin on uder that see-through top though

Back on topic the bring Aeris back to life code/cheat/whatever it was, big one that got many people, with an ar it was sort of doable though

Actually the whole deal with the ps2 bomb thing is that it was the first console game machine that had the processing power to plot trajectories for a missile in real time. It was then classified the same way high end computers are in terms of export. (and by high end, its pretty much anything over a p3 or something) The measurement that determined this was MFlops IIRC.
