whats up with xdp and the dc>pc link?

This forum is for discussion pertaining to homebrew and indie software for the Dreamcast, such as homebrew games, emulators/interpreters, and other homebrew software/applications. Porting requests and developmental ideas are not to be made here; you can make those here. If you need any help burning discs for homebrew software, this is the place to ask as well.

planetweb 2.6x option works fine but the original/enhanced/etc options connect to the internet and then say "it cannot be dialed" and stops.

ive tried all possible combonations of pweb/user settings in the network options and got nowhere, and i added the AT&F0 setting to the AT options in the modem options...

Perhaps it is the number you are dialing. Not too many work anymore.

We're trying to keep completely legal, as Sega's keeping an eye on us, and we don't want to put the future of independent commercial releases in jeopardy due to any shady dealings on our boards.

We're finding out the official stance of PlanetWeb and Sega on the browser modifications. If they give the go ahead, we'll allow it. Otherwise, we never will.
