Xbox 360 software & hardware screens
MS gets even leakier
Ninety Nine Nights - A game by Tetsuya Mizuguchi's Q Entertainment. Just the one screen but it looks like a Dynasty Warriors/Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders type game but on a much, much grander scale. I can't wait to play it.
Dead or Alive 4 - Not as much of a leap over DOA:Ulitimate as I was expecting but still pretty impressive.

If anymore stuff is leaked before tonights MTV thing then feel free to post it in this thread

I still think it's far too soon for another generation of consoles. These look great but some PC games were doing this nearly 2 years ago.
Do any of you think MS is digging its own grave by the early release before PS3? I think it would have been best waiting a few months after PS3's release. When people see this machine in action, they're going to put so many more highhopes into the PS3 an entire year later.

Nice title for your post
The controller looks like a badly reskinned xbox controller... But whatever, sony has been using the same controller for a while too....
Looks impressive, but IMHO we dont need a new generation of consoles this soon..

Perhaps, but MS is hoping to gain an early foothold in the nextgen market and strong sales before the other consoles arrive. But, yeah, I agree it's way too early for another round of consoles. The current Xbox hasn't even been pushed to its limits in terms of graphical capabilities. I miss the old NES days when consoles were good for like 10 years...lol. But I guess newer technology advances much quicker and I suppose that's a good thing.

Yeah it is pretty early considering the top quality stuff the Xbox, Gamecube and PS2 are still pumping out. E3 is going to be a complete information overload though. I think my games loving brain may go into meltdown...0nionfrog wrote:Nice title for your post

man, i love those doa4 screens, i really think ill pick that one up
as for the machine, name and logo, one word applies: Fugly
i really would have liked a continuation of the whole black theme
and on a side note, it pisses me off the US is getting the whole presentation a full day before we will, i really dont understand why mtv just doesnt stream the event worldwide, i mean come on eh, now i gotta down it in a poor reso after a few hours just because mtv though holland would be better served with a show showing a couple of american colledge kids going on suprise dates
god i hate mtv these days, the only good thing is in the early morning, when they actually show music videos

Really not that impressed. The jump from the current generation just isn't as substantial as it should be...IMO. I mean...I thought the whole point of "next generation consoles" was to significantly improve on what currently exists. I mean...if the Xbox 360 can't make the Xbox look comparatively like the PS2 made the PSX look...why bother?

yeah, i aggree with melancholy. i probably will never have it stand up, but i will be buying one. i thinks it one of the best looking consoles, and being customizable makes it even beter.
and i personaly think the doa screens look like the opening movies for ultimate and am very impressed.
and yeah, this e3 is going to be an extremely informational one.
has anybody heard anything about sega? last year they had that "huge" announcement that was gonna surprise everone.

Well seeing as how they showed a bunch of EA games, you shouldnt expect too much.XPoGoX wrote:well i jjust watched the mtv thing on the 360..i was really hoping all this stuff online wasnt even close to what it really looked like...meh.
I wasnt all too impressed with the games they did show.
Check out Full Auto on Gamespot. They have some gameplay videos and a dev interview. VERY IMPRESSIVE.
