Homebrewed Game idea

Could anyone make a Card game for the dreamcast? You know one with games like solitaire, war, hearts, ect.. I would think it would be rather easy when compared to racing, fighting or other games.

Yeah. It probably would. Have you looked for such a game on a system that there is an emulator for? You may already have something similar available to you.

This should be in the Development idea's forum.

You couldn't get a very good game of cards on a VM.
