The bad thing about this site, as well as most charities, is that it works as a palliative, not as a cure; it offers a moment of relief from poverty, without eliminating the cause of it. To end hunger and poverty for good, what society must do is to dismiss all the "friends of the poor" and their nonsensical ideology, and adopt full, unabridged, laissez-faire capitalism.
