Do Any1 Kno Of Any Neo Geo Emulators for dc that u can play neo geo roms on wit the buyin the games

It looks like you're asking what emulator to use for NeoGeo games that you've bought? If that's what you're asking, NeoDC or Neo4All should do that, but these are NeoGeoCD emus.

My Bad Bout That I want a neogeo emulator that plays neo geo roms on my DC that i download from my pc. Another thing do i need bios for the emulator. Could some1 give help on how 2 burn it to a cdr Plz ASAP!

The emu's called MDCNG and is pretty outdated... It might see an update, but NeoDC and Neo4All are the better emus by far and yes you need BIOS files for all of these.

How do i Kno If I have the correct bios? Also do i need do need buy the neo geo real cds to play the games on dc or can i download the roms and play them?

Hell, you need to read the rules... Also read the readme's that come with your downloaded emus.
If you're new to burning a DC disc then you should start with the link I gave you in my 1st post in this topic. Start with burning some image from http://www.DCEvolution.net - if it works for you, try burning your own discs. A great program is SBInducer v4 that you can get at http://www.sbiffy.com

And yes, you need to buy the real CDs, if you don't, it's a little something called WAREZ, which we don't tolerate here.
