help remember old genesis game

Ok, this has been bothering me for a long time. My cousin used to have this old genesis game and i have been trying to remember what it was. but with few memories of it, and no clue to what the title was im at a loss. The best way I can describe it was it was the same style of gameplay as "space harrier". The ground moved the same way, except it was water. so you were on some kind of jet ski type thing that could shoot. does anyone have a CLUE to what I am talking about?

I ned one too it was where you werw a robot and you could select robot parts then fight kinda street fighter 2 style.

That game sucked, by the way.

Or Burning Force, by Namco? That one was practically a clone of Space Harrier, but you rode a sort of bike. It was pretty good.

Yup, that's it.

I remember it well. It was hot stuff for its time. Hell, I might even have the cartridge laying around.

That was way back when "Genesis does what Nintendon't"...
