Heh, I wouldn't count on yabause ever being 100% One day it might be able to play something at a realistic speed... maybe.DARKGATE wrote:TARATTATATAAAAAAAA, A SEGA SATURN emu at 100 % (i dream ) AHAHAAH. ^_^
Grimlock: Yabause doesn't really play games yet on Linux or Windows, thus the DC version doesn't play them yet either. It should try to start some discs, but will crash 99% of the time immediately after the SEGA logo goes away. Thus, I do not have an answer for your question at the moment.

I'm assuming you're using windows, yes?
If you have cygwin or mingw/msys its quite easy to extract from their shells. Just put the archive in your home directory in them, and run this command:
If you don't have either of those things installed, just go get PowerArchiver 6.11 from this site: http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=powarc (its freeware, and a very nice zip program too, versions after 6.11 are shareware, IIRC).

Oh, I see... I didn't know... sorryBlueCrab wrote:cdi and nrg are out of the question because yabause requires a BIOS image, which isn't legal to distribute.Excessive wrote:If someone would make a sbi, nrg or cdi file i would be VERY happy!
I'm sure someone could make a sbi of it though (once again, without the BIOS image).

Well, if you use selfboot inducer, just follow the directions included with that and the sbi posted above. Otherwise, you can use selfboot or your other favorite selfboot program and create the disc. Once again, look for the directions with them. (I create all my selfbooting discs manually with mkisofs and cdrecord (aka, the hard way)).

If you burned it, it needs some time till u see sth happening, so be patient. The emu's still in an early stage, so you'll stare at a black screen for some seconds, but then there's that light...
I used the JP BIOS to see the different title screens, I never saw a JP Saturn before...
