Bangai o, SSFII X, SPFII, Ikaruga, Border Down Not that "Not well known" but they should be on your list.
I really like Red Dog (very underated, and also by the people who bought us Starfox/Wing)
Jo jo's Bizzare adventure is pretty spank.
Last Blade II
Jedi Power Battles (I like it)
Gunbird 2
erm, theres loads more that i cant think of right now. Youve Got HOTD2 in there so if you have a light gun with it go for Confidential Mission and Virtua Cop 2.

Dreamcast is one of those systems where if your a fan you've heard of all the games worth having. I'd say theres about 50 -80 DC games worth having. a lot of depends on if you know japanese and/or the type of games you like.
Why arent Grandia 2 and Skies of Arcadia on your DC list tho You defanitly need these.

fire pro wrestling, a brilliant game, easily one of my favourite dreamcast games.
Soul reaver i`ll take a look at, im sure i played that on ps1 many moons ago.
ive had both shenmue games, but im tempted to re play the original since i last completed it in 2002, wouldnt mind getting my old fork lift drivers job back and having a few plays on space harrier
far too many games i want right now..

Buy Ooga Booga, Bomberman Online, Worms Armageddon, and Worms World Party.
Ooga Booga--A real gem, exactly why I like the Dreamcast. Can be had for less than $10 on eBay. Insane. Very original, a bit like Super Smash Bros. except in full 3-D and better in my opinion. Very Sega-ish game.
Bomberman Online--Good iteration of Bomberman, not the best, and obviously no longer playable online; still, fun, especially in multiplayer, like the other games I listed.
Worms Armageddon/World Party--These are some slick strategy games. Go to war with worms. If you have friends, this is absolutely hilarious to play with them. A blast, unless you hate good games or games with "dumb" names.
For single player, I'd go for:
Jet Set (Grind here in the States) Radio. This game, along with Shenmue defines everything the Dreamcast ever was. Kick ass revolutionary game that is a blast to look at, and fun to play. I never finished it, but I had so much damn fun with it, it's almost illegal.
Grandia II/Skies of Arcadia, as someone else suggested, are great RPG picks.
Buy Marvel vs. Capcom 1 and 2. I prefer 1, having played it more, but both games are insane, and some of the best 2-D fighters ever released. Only fighting game to ever hold my attention for very long. Also great in multiplayer. Make sure you have arcade sticks though.
You may want to have a go at Ecco the Dolphin as well--never got into the game myself, but the visuals are amazing.
Toy Commander is one of the most original games I've played in recent years, and deserves a spot in your collection. Don't write it off as kiddie, as it's actually quite hard--and also a blast.
Stay away from Spawn. It's a crappy game, with shite controls--no analogue support. Give you a god damn blister on yer thumb. Not to mention the game is not fun.
Another game I personally enjoyed was Blue Stinger. It was a bit cheap, but there's an enduring quality about it that screams "Dreamcast." It's not nearly as bad as the mags put it out to be; it's actually quite enjoyable if you're looking for an adventure.
Edit: Ok, so not all "little known" but they weren't on the list and should be in the collection.

Dreamcast: It's thinking. And it thinks you suck.

Damn I always forget this one and its one of the best looking and playing DC games made. I'm disopointed we didnt get to see more titles like this from Eidos instead of there lackluster tomb raider stuff.impetus wrote:sword of the berserk is the most important one
On a side note I always lmao when I see the prices you brits have to pay for games. You're like it was only 7.35GBP and I start laughing because most DC games over here are less than 7 dollars and playing $14 would be just outragous. Why do companies always rip you guys the worst?
