I've withheld saying this only because I've said it SO many times before. Dracula X is one of my 10 all-time favorite games...funny how so much of the stuff I like either (1) doesn't come out in the US or (2) only sees limited release here {glares at SoA for axing US Rez & Headhunter}.impetus wrote:My thoughts exactly. If there's one TG16 game that needs to have a decent console emu, this is it.DcSteve wrote:man, playing castlevania: Rondo of blood (prequel to SOTN) would be amazing..

...Not when you want them for Dreamcast . I was originally going to skip this technology "generation," because none of the early offerings excited me, and thus I wanted as much as I could for DC so I wouldn't have to worry about GC or PS2. However, I now have both of those systems, and Headhunter is dirt-cheap for PS2 (although it's taking me a while to hunt down a copy of Rez).impetus wrote:ah, but both were ported to PS2, isn't that the same or better?DaMadFiddler wrote:{glares at SoA for axing US Rez & Headhunter}.
So, I guess, yes and no.
Oh, and for the record:
1. Tetris (Tengen, the rare one for NES with all the cool play options)
2. Rez
3. Castlevania: Nocturne in the Moonlight (expanded Saturn verison of SotN)
4. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
5. Super Mario Kart
6. Sonic the Hedgehog 2
7. Headhunter
8. Super Mario World
9. Castlevania: Dracula X (aka "Rondo of Blood")
10. Warcraft II
Runners-Up:
* Super Smash Bros.
* X-Men vs. Street Fighter (Saturn or arcade, not PSone)
*Megaman X

It took me a long time to decide between the two...and I was very disappointed when I found that LttP was left out of the Zelda collection for 'Cube. (I'm sure it was a marketing thing, since it's being sold as a separate GBA cart...but tell me: Why is the original Metroid being sold as a "Classic NES" GBA cart for 20 bucks, when it's a free extra on the complete remake Zero Mission, which you can get for 30?)MetaFox wrote:I could never get into LoZ: OoT. Link to the Past is the series' high point in my opinion.

Hey Link, are you who I think you are? Wait... Detriot. Ah, wassup D?
I was kinda disapointed with the soundtrack with the japanese shooter "final soldier" how can you go for a sweet soundtrack on Solider blade to Final soldiers boring soundtrack, I am sorry I am very skeptical on VG music because I love VG music more than todays "everything rap" music on the radio and industry now a days, AND I HATE RAP!!!!!!!!!!!!
