linux on dc
does anyone have experience with creating a booting linux device on the dreamcast, I have built a kernel and many applications but I am unsure of how to get it loading on the dreamcast, I have downloaded the distrubution someone made a long time ago, and tried patching and booting it, but one it didnt burn all the files becasue it only burn a few megs and two, it would not boot. if any one could please offer any advice it would be much appreciated, and lead to a newer version of linux on dreamcast, with some actually usefull applications.

Hi, I have made an updated version of the kernel, with sound support, vmu support, gdrom support and bba, and controller etc. I have also built some minor applications, but when I attempt to burn the linuxdc cd with this stuff on disc it doesnt boot, when i just put in my files it does not boot, when i just burn it period it doesnt boot. I am at a loss, if anyone has any advice or ideas on how I can get going it would be appreciated. I should be able to burn the dc-load sometime this week and try loading the kernel over that, i will tell you what happens when I try.
