930-1020 - Calculus I (pisses me off, i took 2 years of AP and IB calc in HS)
1030-1120 - Nature of Reason (hoping its like my HS class Theory of Knowledge)
1130-1220 - Advanced Programming/Practicum (Second level java, i should be in third, i already have an AP AB and a college course credit )
230-320 - Concepts of Mathematics (Discrete Math)
TR
830-920 - Matter & Interactions I
930-1020 - Concepts of Mathematics
1030-1120 - Advanced Programming/Practicum
1130-1220 - Calculus I
1230-120 - Computer Skills Workshop (required course )
300-420 - Freshman Immigration (also required, only on tuesdays)
yea thats my schedual, its something like 58 credits or so. The ones listed double, MWF = lecture TR = recitation.
Other than the one outlier in each set of days, i like my schedual. I just wish i didnt have those two things that are out way after everything else.
What classes are you taking?

Well its only really 5 classes. and they are semester classes, not quarter classes. 13 weeks iirc. Either way, i could only have at a minimum, one less course of those. I think the minimum is 48 credits or something close to that.

Since I'm on a full scholarship for four years and have federal aid for 5, I'm just gonna take it easy. I'm only taking 12 hours, hah. (Well, I passed the AP Calculus test with a 4, so its like I have 15)

I found your freshman year is when you get the most done. I took 27 credit hours my first semester then I started figuring out how to screw with the system and I started skipping and just slacking offInu_Sess__ wrote:I don't think it's going to be that hard. Maybe the credit system works differently here. A lot of semester courses are 9 credits, and advanced ones can be up to 12 for a single course. That is probably why it has a lot higher number. By the way I'm at Carnegie Mellon University.DCFan2004 wrote:Where are these colleges that you guys are taking upwards of 20 credits a semester?!

Sophomore Highschool:
Main courses:
Algebra/Algebra II(The school I went to last year used some home-made curriculum, that wasn't recognized by the school board. Two years worth of math in one, oh joy)
Physics
American History(Most likely doing two years at once with this, too, since the school i went to last year's credit probably doesn't count either)
10th Grade English
(Again, I have to take several more electives than necessary because of their curriculum)
Basic Computer Literacy-Windows 2000 (1/4 credit)
Basic Computer Literacy-Microsoft Word (1/4 credit)
the rest i'll decide later on in the second semester.
