check the site in my sig. go to the VMU > SAVES section. then go to X > XPLODER and you'll see saves containing the codes for all versions of PSO.

Usefull server info, nicked out of Metafox's post in the thread in OT, well with this stickied no point doin it twice I guess (OK the ippatch stuffs for the PC version but PC users may end up lookin in here as well & now its easy to find)

Metafox in that other thread wrote:Use ippatch to change the IP to connect to. Enter 24.169.162.234 into the form, and push Patch It!

Now, it should connect to my server instead of schthack's.

If you ever want to change PSO to load back to schtack's server instead, run ippatch again, and put gsproduc.ath.cx into the form.

And before I go online I gotta make sure of this...

Do I use the codes included in the case? Or do I put this in:

Serial: 1FB659BB
Access: NsMToQw2

use the shared serial. dont use the one you got since it was never on the sega server. just make sure u make a orinigal PSO name, so it doesnt conflict. since your guild card will be created by your name. hope to see u on the servers

Ok I have a problem, I put in all the codes and rechecked them. Then I followed the instructions step by step... And it would connect but say "The servers are down for maintenance" Meaning I put the codes in wrong, so I triple check everything number or number. And now when I do everything and put in the PSO disc, it goes to a white screen, then a black screen and it freezes! I've tryed about 20 times in a row and it stops at the same spot!

I've tryed different games and PSO by itself. And they all work!

Please help! I know I sound stupid here, but this is pissing me off!!! *Goes mad*

heh bad time to try to get on for the first time. The shipgate is down. Perhaps for an update. Updates are always good, last really good one was the Anti NOL patch. just keep checkin http://schtserv.funurl.com/ and there is a sign on the main page that tells u if its online or not. as of rightnow its down. just check back everyonce in a while. these updates or delays dont usually take too long.

I"m still wondering if PSO servers are out there... Can't seem to find much info on this. Has anyone emu'ed a PSO server? Do these guides for getting on still work?
(My copy is on it's way..$1.99. eBay rocks)

Yes servers are out there. there are a ton to play on. all you have to do is follow the guide i wrote in this topic. and if you want to even start ur own server, just go to the main server site.

wooohooo, I 've been playing pso ver on dc for a few weeks now. I'm at level 14. I haven't met any other DC users there though.....come on guys, get it together and start the clan!!!!

I've got v.2 to connect fine with my PC-DC server, but everytime I create a game and someone joins it says that their joining and never does anything. The only way I can quit out is to disconnect the DC from my PC. Anyone else get this? I can join games and play just fine, but when I'm alone it starts getting laggy and eventually dissconects even before someone joins.

no, as discussed before, you can only use a code breaker. PSO deletes the section in the Dreamcast memory where gameshark stores the codes. Code breakers arnt that hard to come about anyways.

I have a few questions:

1. If I have cable internet connection will I still be able to connect to the server without a BBA?

2. Do I only need to plug a phone cord into the dreamcast and wall for it to connect?

3. I already put the serial and access code that came with my PSO v2 into my dreamcast! is there a way so I can make it the server ones? (please let there be a way)
