DONT BUY GAS ON 5/19

i just read this on the internet somewhere but i guess tommarrow they are trying to get ppl to not buy gas.

if everybody in the us alone doesnt buy any gas, the oil comp's will lose 4.7 billion dollars.

im just postin this here, after tommarrow this can be moved to null....

I see these all the time, but no one ever does it. But I will do it. I'll buy what I need tonight, and forget about it tommorrow.

You know what would be funny. If everyone did this and then the next day the oil companies raised gas to $9.00 and $10.00 a gallon to cover the losses.

Everyone will just buy it on the 20th instead.
I estimate that gas companies will lose an estimated $0 and my controversial opinions about america, which i wont mention due to an impending lawsuit, will strengthen by around 750%.

I filled up yesterday (damn $22 to fill up my 12 gallon tank). Oh well, I'm glad I bought the RSX, instead of the VR-6 GTi as that needs premo. gas.

oh, but... I don't have a car.

on another note, how do people expect this to work? Let's assue everyone who gets the message actually does it. It's not like anybody's actually going to buy less gas; they're just going to stock up a day early. The gas companies aren't going to lose any money from this.

basically if no one buys gas tmrw, than on the 20th even more ppl will buy gas and thats that, nothing was changed.
