SNES games and NES games have not been released for years. The last GBC release was made in 2000.

The GBC and NGPC had their flash carts. The SNES had copying units, as did the Nintendo 64. There are units available for copying games for just about every modern cart system.

I share the belief of MAME that only older games should be supported. I also share the belief that only CD format games for emulators of current systems should be released, and only then if the emulator only accepts CDs and not image format.
I don't see how respecting the rights of developers for systems that are still viable is having a warped sense of morals. If the games are only available via second hand stores, and the developers no longer recieve any percentage of the profits, then - and only then - do I believe that the system should be emulated.

c'mon....
I respect the hard work and time that developers put into their products, and don't want to cut into their profits. Yes, I believe it is morally wrong to emulate systems that are commercially viable, and yes that is the reason I asked for only homebrew games to be discussed.
It wasn't an order, it was a request. Ian Micheal didn't have to agree to not posting commercial games, but I'm glad that he did.
