I can't burn !!!

Hi

My dvd burner ( lg 4040b) doesn't burn selfboot images, I don't know why, cause my old pioneer drive burned everything perfectly

So the only was is gonna be burn non selfboot

But lots of 1st_read.bin can't be unscrambled using feckcue's checker

So , how can I unscramble manually (with hex editor) ?

As far as I know, many DVD burners don't burn well for the dreamcast.

ace hit the nail on the coffin correctly. many of the combo drives cannot burn self boot / non self boot DC homebrew games / emulators correctly. If you still have your old burner id suggest installing that as a slave device and using it to burn.

My old burner doesn't work no more!

And I don't have no money to buy another one

Non selfboot works fine, but feckcue's checker doesn't unscramble all 1st_read.bin

So I need help to unscramble with other method ( like using a Hex Editor )

Which 1st_Read.bin's have you not been able to unscramble with fackue's checker?

Also, have you tried Pinoy's scrambler?
