Pak Extractor problem

I have Windows xp and I cant find or change where the extractor extracts to.
Thx
I also cant get the music converters to work

PAXPLODE ever extract BOR.packs in C:\DATA folder

I am on WINXP too... and i had to execute the paxplode.exe in a dos window toget it to work, and it usually creates a DATA folder in the same place you PAK file is.
