No. Mine is one I got for being an employee of a video game store. They're free, and they check ID very carefully apparently. If you work in a retail place that sells video games of pretty much any kind, or in any industry related to video games, you can get a free basic 3 day ticket on the e3 website.m1cr0s0ftd3m0n wrote:you have a ticket? is there anyway thats trasferable to other people? a friend of mine would love to go but cant

Might go to ECTS myself this year, if enough big names are back, judging by last years line up they could be, havent been since it went to docklands that year by god it was out of the way. Big place but a bugger to go to, train then tube then docklands, all in all a pain with all the switchin transport.

And you have to pay to do that. Isn't it like ?5 to get into the city centrescykon wrote:id love to go to ECTS too, but id have to take the train to London.
Not only would I have to sit on a train for 3 hours or whatever, I'd end up in London.
The only place I know of where driving and parking mean the exact same thing...going nowhere.

Yes it is a fun ride down to London with a dodgy most likely old train thats filled beyond what it was intended to be (that last point works for almost all trains round here that're goin a long way). But who uses a car in London? just hop on the tube and away you go, its fast and you dont have to see London as you travel, which can be a bonus

How about sending a ticket over to my way.Lartrak wrote:I have a ticket to go, but I actually can't make it. I was going to go with someone else, but they couldn't go, and I decided it would cost too much by myself .
I'm too lazy to be asking for passes outside this year. I just live a few blocks from the venue.
