This forum is for discussion pertaining to homebrew and indie software for the Dreamcast, such as homebrew games, emulators/interpreters, and other homebrew software/applications. Porting requests and developmental ideas are not to be made here; you can make those here. If you need any help burning discs for homebrew software, this is the place to ask as well.

If the game is of as high a quality as these pics let on, you could make a lot more money off of it than that.

I have Maya learning edition. I got it for free on the net.
I haven't installed it due to a HDD lack of space. All other hardware is requirements is passed, however.

Oh yeah, I take it that when they say "learning edition" that something has been left out or it has a time limit? Say... 160 days (As is the case with Win2000 Learning Edition)

Maya Learning Edition is fully functional, but it uses a different file format from the full version and watermarks the images. Iirc there is also a limit on the max size of the render. There isn't any time limit on it though, so its useful for learning Maya.

Ah, I see. Thanks man. Well, I'll learn with it, when I get a new HDD, and if I like it and find it easy to use, I might get full version

You get Maya LE free with UT2K3 along with an export plugin for UT2K3s file format so you can make models for it for mods etc (or indeed other games using the UT2K3 engine)

do you use some kind of firewall? or a program that blocks banners and pics? I got that when I use Junkbustr, but since I got an 2048KBit connection I don't need it anymore, but when you got a 64Kbit connection it speeds up the surfing speed

completely blown away by your graphics, one thing i would like to know is how many frames per second do you get as of now and what is your goal for the final version.

is it gonna be a myst like game, or will it have more fighting?

Wil it have plenty of puzzles or isn't it that type of game?

It looks great what you've done, if it is a more puzzle type game I know I'll pay it
