does anyone know how to morph 2 pictures?...like make a animated gif....and one picture morphs into the other one....

You can do that with Kais Power Goo very easily... Its pretty old, so you should be able to find it in your local PC shops 'bargain' section - I saw it bundled with Kais Photo Tools for like ?10
