Which is the Best Divx Player for PS2?
Anyone knows the best and someone that doesnt require reenconding the movies and swap disc?

The PS2 Reality Player doesn't require re-encoding for any of the full 700MB movies I've tried. You can burn them onto the same disc or a seperate disc, and I found somebody who made a DVD-compatible image too. But, the same as all homebrew, some form of swap trick or mod chip is required.
Unless, of course, you've got a network adaptor and the official QCast Tuner, or the one soon to be included with Gamesharks, which are no longer the same device they used to be, but are now based on CodeBreaker, if I remember correctly.
