TMNT i did as a SGA it had 2 player support and ran close to fullspeed 96% to 100% fullspeed most of the time slow down some times. It was very well liked i got to many emails about it. it is not in the wowpack. It is a 90's game. But you can grab TMNT SGA1 at my site.

Well I doubt i can get TMNT like i got it again. It was some what a miracle geting TMNT that fast. I was using not the same source code. Any way the new wow pack will be worth geting have some surprizes. With the menu and stuff. Cant give it away yet.

Next version going to have a nice arcade look changed. Credit screens Music tune by me. Etc. The whole big bang. song is writen by me its a dance type song about retro emulation.

Working on it now so still not out today

On your list w/ issues, you have Galaga, it actually does start. To make it start, you need to remap the coin and 1P Start buttons so they don't use the same button (by default, both involve Start) BEFORE hitting any other button after loading the rom. I have no idea why it works, but Galaga plays great if you do this!

First off merry, christmas, and hope you all have a good, new year. This new version, has a lot Of improvement, and new features. first off when it boots, it has a nice credit, screen, giving thanks to all the coders, that have worked, and coded and ported, and helped me, on this some times just by them sharing there source code. Which is what opensource and free homebrew, is all about. This has a song, written, by me called comearound.mp3 it's a dance, song, i wrote and sung about emulation and retro gaming it was featured as a ocremix on a emulation site in 2000. The interface now is refined and looks like an arcade, machine the snap shots load on the arcade screen, and look like it turns on and off. You will see any way. It supports 780 romsets. Some games have been removed. More will be when a final version is released. This is very close. please give feedback on games needing more speed or bugs.

There are many more added games but there untested. 780 romsets i dont have to test. Every game i test i will optimize if i have not tested it it will not run as well as it could. So please help out in the testing. Post the names of the games that run not well or the sound is faulty.

Newversion will be out with in a few hours. Im sure you will enjoy this one much more. Ive hit the compiler limt for this my computer runs out of memory if i try to add any more games after this is a final version. I will have to make a wowpack version 2 there are a lot more 80's games to add.

Key improvements

are new gui, layout. Making, it look like snap shot preview, is a real arcade machine. Start credit screen, and music by me,. So it has mp3, support for the credit, screen, and start menu. Please press start on the controller with in 30 secs or press start straight away. Mp3 support some, times crashes, or sticks, the credit screen. So when it boots press, start . Sorry last min bug. Also hit the compiler limt for my machine it will not compile any more this now uses to much memory to add more games. Cant add any more code to this pack at all. one more source file it will not let me compile it on my computer.

Also many improvements to outher games. Also other games you can now place 3000 roms in the rom directory with out it it frezzing when you hit refresh cd. Sound is improved as well. It's based on mame 0.76 and theres a new add 076 game to test that out. Mostly just buffer settings changes to the sound but it helped on some games. Please give feed back. Oh press start a few times if the credit screen sticks, It lists all coders and gives credit To ICE88 and every one else.

Quick question before i finally get round to burning thr wow pack..

in mame (PC version) you need to use samples on some games does the wow pack support samples or do i have to play soundless on some games?

That should answer your question. As far as I know, this emu doesn't support samples at all, but I know that Ian Micheal has noted a few rom packs that he knows are supposed to use samples, and has also noted that the samples do not work with those rom packs.

As far as the second question goes, you are right. You shouldn't have asked that question, and you should probably edit your post to delete that question before people jump on you about it.

One tiny gripe: Since there are so many roms wouldn't it be easier if the menu displayed only the roms available on the disc? It would make it a bit more easier. I have roms that are so old they don't even work

Couple that with the ones I don't have then I'm not sure what games work & don't work at the moment.

If you hit the "B" button when the menu loads up, it should reload the menu to show only the available roms on the disc. At least, that's the way this pack has worked up until now.
