Sega Smash Pack!

i have just aquired the cd image 'sega smash pack'
i was wondering if there is anywhere i could get a patch to remove it.
or does any one here know how to remove it?

First of all this is the "DreamSNES Forum" so only things related to Dsnes belong here.
Second thing --> SegaGEN & Warez DC games are illeagal and not to be talked about here.
