Back in the early days of DC Emulation, I registered to the forums to ask a question about NesterDC. At that time I thougt it was one time only thing so I decided to choose the name of the game I was playing in Nester. Never thought I'm still stuck with it in 2003.
But on all other places on the internet I go as Incure.
Explain your online name.

From an anime movie called Metropolis, the main character is a boy named Kenichi. Funny thing is, that movie is boring. At the time I made the name, I had just bought the DVD and I wanted an anime-ish name because that seemed to be the fad. I haven't seen the movie since I joined the forums, it's just that boring. I want to change my name to Luriden, but then nobody would know it's me. I use Luriden for mostly everything now, though.

You could keep the same avatar and stick, "Formerely known as Kenichi" in your sig.
