themes for OSX

I know that there are some themes out there for OSX (like the "smoothstripes" one jaredfogle uses) is there one that makes the menubar transparent, but leaves it's shadow? like this:

(had to force quit a program to get it like that...)

As Steve said when OS X launched, "themes are dead."

Though with some hacking, you can do pretty much anything.
