Don't forget the people that keeps reporting it here.

It happens. Some people will get away with it, some will get caught. There isn't much you can do except file a complaint with Ebay.

I say, if he can get away w/selling it, great! I personally would never bid on it. . . but maybe the bidder just has no access to a CD burner within 300 miles!

This listing features an emulator disc. This particular emulator (NesterDC) is legal, however the SALE of it is illegal. It can be freely downloaded at sites such as dcemulation.org and consolevision.com

Secondly, the disc is loaded with ROM files, which is not only illegal but violates the software license.

As a software graphics developer myself, I have participated in the creation freely downloadable games, and would be appalled to see any of them sold for profit by conniving rats like this seller.

Please see that this criminal is not allowed to disrespect developers in this manner!

Correction: NesterDC is under the GPL, so it can be sold, but the ROMs can't.

What games can't be sell... i take it ported ones can't?? because I can't be asked to find all the images and burn Iwould be willing to pay for Single Arcade Games if ppl get it right with no swapping disc's and fully working and with a good start up image.

It looks like that rule doesn't apply if the software is burnt on a CD and sent to the buyer through the post.

As Fragger said earlier, NesterDC can be sold (provided the requirements in the license are met), but the roms can't.
