Well at 30x30 res ont he ps1 with 300.000 less polys i might be able to write a dreamcast emulator run at -100 fps.

Do you mean PSX as in the PlayStation 1, also simply known as the PlayStation.

OR the PSX as in the new Sony console/home entertanment system that on release may be more powerfull than a PS2 and therefore in theroy could be tweeked to play DC games. Obviusly as ISOs ripped from the Hard Drive.

Well, obviously he meant PSX as in Playstation 1 as the Dreamcast can't play the PSX home entertainment system's games.
