Optimizing ROMs for better play for DreamSNES Emus?

Optimizing ROMs for better play for DreamSNES Emus?

Does anyone think that it's possible? I just think it would be interesting...Like making a file IPS patch or something. I can't code though...I thought that some research into could be helpful.
