This forum is for discussion pertaining to homebrew and indie software for the Dreamcast, such as homebrew games, emulators/interpreters, and other homebrew software/applications. Porting requests and developmental ideas are not to be made here; you can make those here. If you need any help burning discs for homebrew software, this is the place to ask as well.
a new single game Arcade from reaper2k2 : this time it's scramble
straight from IMRtech site :
Scramble DC Arcade
Posted by Ian
This is the test version of scramble. This game does not work on Mamed at all so here it is for Harry Halliwell. No fancy anything since your going to place it on sbi packs and make them one cd. There's really no point me trying anymore with the menus and intros.
The game has got a menu screen by myself and my friend the ?tickmaster.
That's it. Full speed and sound. Have fun. NO ip.bin get it else where as it is illegal. This is a legal homebrew development site
Chris Paras has compiled new binaries for ScummVM, this time with use of Libronin-0.4 (an alternative to KOS). This brings in improved CD-Buffering. Chris tested it with the Dig and the result is that it doesn't read permanently from the CD. You can download the binary or a Nero image from his site.

Go to DC Evolution, for the best ready to burn images.

Sick of sub-par Dreamcast web browsers that fail to impress? Visit Psilocybin Dreams!
Holy cow, does anyone even read this anymore? It seems that I haven't updated the site since February, and the last released KOS was December!! Unacceptable, Dan! *smack smack*
Anyhow, Feet of Fury has finally pretty much reached completion, so a new KOS release will finally be posted before too long. It probably has the longest changelog of any KOS yet, and all of it's good! If anyone's actually reading this still, let me know. Otherwise I might just take it down and rework it into other things I've got up on the web.
W.I.P.
send all ffmpeg change to upstream. now it merged into cvs. you can get from ffmpeg cvs
change codebase to latest cvs. it supports Sorenson SVQ3 and On2 VP3 codec.
new bloop demo is out... with a 'surprise' - a working 'typing of' variant!!!
Also, I've mentioned in there that I haven't heard from my Graphics guy in quite some time and so if anyone out there fancies producing characters for the game that would be appreciated!
DCGenerator, the port of the Genesis emulator Generator using straight KOS, has been updated to 0.35. Here are the changes:

Optimized a few things.)
I haven't updated the official page yet. I wanted to get this out this morning - it's now 5:30 AM here, and I am tired. Download the binary and an SBI from Consolevision's Local Page. When I wake up, I'll update the official page with the binary and sourcecode.
I've just released my port of Genesis Plus, which I've been working on for about a week and a half.
The default theme included was made by politoe. Of the 7 people who voted on the theme, four of them chose this theme. So here it is. I'll convert the themes made by -=DC_Zach=-, Chrisfbt1, impetus and area (when I get them all) and upload them a little later.
