Atari Jaguar and Neo-Geo emu's for the DC???
I'm not sure if anyone's already asked this, are there any Atari Jaguar and Neo-Geo emu's for the Dreamcast?
With all the DC emu's at dcemulation.org I was kinda surprised to not see emu's for these 2 systems. Is there a reason these emu's don't exist? And if they do exist, can someone maybe point the finger to where I can find them.
Any help would be appreciated

Theres no Jag emu, Jag emu's for the PC are still fairly early & require a poerfull machine, maybe when they get finished someone might try to port one but it'd probably be slow. As for Neo-Geo theres a NG MAME (or was it a NG MAME pack) that runs the smaller games such as Nam75, the bigger stuff like metal Slug however you aint gonna see as they wont fit in the DC's ram.
theres no-one else to blameThe Prisoner - Makes NGE's ending look almost intelligible.

Unfortunately most of the Jag's best games were ports such as Doom, Syndicate & Cannon Fodder (still cant get that song out of my head, good thing it's nice). As for original games, the best was AvP, Tempest 2000 was good also.

It was on Jag first though.Stormwatch wrote:Hmm... Tempest 2000 was also released for PC, Mac, Saturn, and Playstation.
I didn't, what did you think AvP stood for?Kompressor wrote:how can you forget the best jag game of all? Aliens vs Predator?

Seems like people just don't like coding for dual processor systems.jaguar is more powerful than an n64 me thinks....................i beleive u could of gotten a lot of powerful graphics outta that system if you coded rite..
Need a Treamcast, Dreamcast modchip, HUGE DC memory card, ASCII-like DC fighter pad, or Saturn Gameshark with tons of backup memory? PM me.
Where can you find the NG MAME pack?Hawq wrote:Theres no Jag emu, Jag emu's for the PC are still fairly early & require a poerfull machine, maybe when they get finished someone might try to port one but it'd probably be slow.
