Neither version allows you to run Mac OS on a PC, they allow you to run windows on your mac (or another version of windows on your PC). What your looking for is something called SoftMac, it will allow you to run Mac OS (as well as read discs etc)...on your PC, but it only runs Mac OS up to 8.1. I haven't used the program but from what I've read it's not bad.
EDIT: One thing I left out, the software is free to DL from thier site however it dose not include the Mac OS; that you will have to get elsewhere.
