segagen burning tutorial?

can anyone direct me to or just give me a run through of how to burn segagen? the files i have now are:

0GDTEX.PVR
1ST_READ.BIN
GINRESET.BIN
GINSU.INI
GINXFER.BIN
IP.BIN
MAIN.DAT
MANIFEST.BIN
MDE_US.BIN
TITLE.DAT

and i have a roms folder with it that's got
GROM.EXE
HAIKEI.PVR
LANGUAGE.DAT
MANATEE.DRV
MOJI01.PVR
OPTION.PVR
STREAM.MLT

sorry for making a long list...it's just that i got these files off a friend and wasn't sure if these are all i need.
