Little "unknown"? tip for Quake III Arena on DC
To those that don't know, you can play Quake III Arena for Dreamcast in a 3rd person view! Yes that's right... a 3rd person view.
Start a game, go into the following: setup -> player -- and enable the Body View option.
You will then be in a 3rd person view, fully playable... you'll also get to see your awsome animations, like the back flip!
I dunno how well known this is, but it's there.

All the world will be your enemy, Prince with a Thousand Enemies, and when they catch you, they will kill you... but first they must catch you.

So it sounds like "Empty Life"?mkjones wrote:you KNOW that game, sounds like the oppisite to 'Full Death'
its pure FP2 but the controls fit in miles better than Quake... never really liked the quake conreols, prefer Unreal cos its got autotarget...
Why not say something along the lines of "It's a term used to describe radioactive decay"?
But then again and why don't you stop stepping around the damn issue and just say Half-Life.

Useful bit of info, I'll have to dust off my copy. Sounds like the OutTrigger view, which, in my opinion, was brilliant.

Half-Life is a game on the PC, so it shouldn't be an "illegal" word to say around here. Besides that it was NEVER released on Dreamcast so whatever it's not illegal.

Any options to flip the analog stick axis? All I could find was a flip axis for the mouse....;( You would THINK they could have put them together...
