Anybody know where I can import a copy of the EURO version?
And which boot disc will load it up? Cause i think i remember someone saying that Utopia doesn't work or somthing like that (dunno how true that is)

Complex,
Try out http://www.toysnjoys.com I've noticed that they are carrying the European version of Shenmue II. You may want to ask if that version that they are selling will work with boot discs. Recently, I have noticed that on some other game import shops the new copies of the Euro versions of Shenmue II, Rez, and Headhunter will not accept boot discs and will only run if your Dreamcast has a mod chip. I hope that helps.

Hello, If you get Shenmue 2 Pal version which seems to be the best for DC, You will be fine to load it perfectly with the GAMESHARK LITE 4.0 or CDX ver 3.3. The Utopia works on a NTSC TV but will not work on a VGA Monitor! IF YOU GET THE GAMESHARK IT WORKS ON BOTH PLUS ENHANCES YOUR GAME!

Shenmue 2 is definately not worth $125US - I've seen it new in the shops for less than ?30 (around $55US). Check the British eBay - http://ebay.co.uk

I bought mine (Shenmue 2 PAL) for around $40 when it was released. Try http://www.therage.com or http://www.tronixweb.com. Maybe they will have it in stock. I remember that Gamestop used to carry it for a short time. Ebay is also a good place to check for that game.

Well I've had my copy of Shenmue 2 for over a year now so there's no point for me to get it on Xbox. But yea its a good point. The Xbox copy may be easier to obtain and cheaper, that is, if you have access to an Xbox. I'm pretty used to listening to Ryo in Japanese now anyway. Btw can you play Outrun, Space Harrier, and AfterBurner on the Xbox version of Shenmue 2?

Of course I did not buy that game just for those old school Sega arcade games though, it is a plus to be able to play them in Shenmue 2.reaper2k2 wrote:those games the ones your talking about are on my system 16 emu now and there fullspeed with sound off and only a touch slower with it on
