Import Boot Disc

Why doesn't someone make a Boot Disc similar to DC-X or Gameshark that is free using KOS? It would just need to allow any region Dreamcast to play any region Dreamcast game. It's been discussed before and supposedly wouldn't be that difficult ot do either. It would eliminate the need of the Utopia Boot Disc and maybe stop people from downloading Gameshark or other similar devices. Anyone up to this?

i play everithing without strange discs.
and anyway dchakker should work too

KOS won't read GD-ROMs without a certain hack.
But yeah, dchakker or the CDX should do the trick.
