Kingdom Hearts
omg...I love this game. The battle system is fun, the storyline is good, the inclusion of Disney and Final Fantasy characters is genious. If you have a PS2, get this game. Or else Santa will cry.

Sorry, but I must agree with Veggita this time. The battle system relies on too much button mashing, and it's hard to pull out items in the heat of battle. Plus the reaction time between when you use a heal spell and when the spell actually heals is too long. By the time you finish the casting animation, it's usually too late.Sakura-Kun wrote:Veggita2099 wrote:Id all ready own this game but the battle system looks to risky for me. Im not getting into another Mario Sunshine situation.
the battle system is one of the most brilliant i've seen...
Despite this fact, however, the rest of the game is so good, I asked for it for Christmas even though I've already rented and beat it twice. A brillant game with an addictive story.

I played it a few minutes in the store and it seemed good. But every source I have seen has said this game is Way more difficult then any Final Fantasy game. As I have said before I am at the point where if I can't get past something about 2 or 3 tries I say screw it and quit.
Only thing is how do you define difficult in a RPG with random battles. It all depends how you look at it. I mean if you try and run straight through Final Fantasy 10 and don't spend time leveling up or getting hidden aeons etc, then it is very difficult. However if you run circles in every zone for about a hour to level up, and get your hidden aeons the game is too easy.
I did like the MegaMan Battle.net series, other then that Action RPG's never did excite me much. I didn't like Vagrant Story, nor either of the Parasite eve games due to there battle system.
