I am not saying a saturn emulator is now definitely possible.

Sega Satourne, the pc saturn emulator, will soon be going open-source.

Okay... So, if I get the open source... will someone guide me step by step on porting it? I've never programmed before, and I need someone to help me port the emulator... I won't take ALL the credit... just for the idea...

It be easier just to rewrite the whole thing over again and it would come out better to.

Regardless... no. If you want to talk about porting it either

a) Really learn something and talk real technical implementation details
b) beg in the porting forum....
