logo insert in ip.bin

i'm trying to create my own image logo that when displayed on the sega boot screen has the same background color as the boot screen.
My logo has a white background but it's not the same color as when it's on the boot screen (so it stands out), anyone know how i can get it to be the same color? i tried using a transaparent background but that just made the white into black when displayed on tv. any help would be very much appreciated, thanks

Use C0C0C0 for the background.
