is there a bin2nrg or bin2cdi just somthing to convert bin's to disc images

ok ill try that but i foud somthing bin2boot and it makes a cdi then ill make it a nrg im making it easy for a friend to do basicly but its kinda a pain in my butt but owell

Which bin did you mean? There are .bin CD images, and there are Dreamcast .bin executables. They are handled in completely different ways.
CD image .bin files are ready to burn files, just load them in a compatable burning programs to have a self-boot emu (you have to use a separate rom disc with most).
Dreamcast executable .bin files are not ready to burn. You have to use a self-booting program (such as bin2boot) to get them to work. You usually create an image with the roms included.

i use
Ive found dir2boot the easyest selfboot program i do the same i make a cdi then convert to nero tao my burner will not burn dao on the nero program at all
