when i went to connect it asked for the serial and acsess #'s from PSOv.1

i had used my friends PSOv.1 and now i have my own PSOv.2 if i enter his serial and acess # will he still be able to get online?

I don't think so. You can clear the memory with a browserdisk. I don't know the excact procedure so you should look it up on the internet.....sorry If you never went online with PSO1 your friend shouldn't have a problem. Try visit the official Sega forums at their website, you can find loads of info their on this subject.
