Where do I get the files to run a server?

Where do I get the files to run a server?
Im running Linux and want to run my own server, but at https://sourceforge.net/projects/sylverant/ I just see patches, not the server itself. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Unfortunately, most of the files are Sega's, and thus we don't distribute them.
